What is included
Dry behind the wall.

- Sheet or liquid membrane, flood-tested 24 hours
- Niches, benches and curbs built in
- Grout, silicone at every change of plane
- Sealed and ready to use in 48 hours
- 01Frame and pan: Walls checked for plumb, pan sloped a quarter inch per foot to the drain.
- 02Waterproof and test: Membrane over the whole wet area, then a flood test before a single tile goes on.
- 03Set and finish: Tile laid to the plan, grouted, siliconed at corners and sealed.

Can you make it curbless.
Yes, if the floor framing allows us to recess the pan. We check this on the site visit.
How long before we can use it.
48 hours after grout for most jobs; 72 if we have sealed natural stone.
Do you handle the plumbing.
We set valves and drains that are already roughed in. Moving plumbing we coordinate with a licensed plumber.
